These terms govern your use of NEET Prep (“we”, “us”), operated by NEET Prep. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
NEET Prep provides NEET preparation material: practice questions with worked explanations, previous-year papers organised by chapter and by year, timed mock tests, and analytics on your own performance. It is a study aid and nothing more.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the NEET examining body. Questions are reformatted from previous-year papers with our own explanations and topic tagging. We check every answer against the examining body’s published final answer key, but the explanations are ours and may contain errors — if you find one, please report it using the question number shown on the question.
We do not guarantee any exam result. Nothing on the service is a prediction of what will be asked, or a promise of a score, rank or admission.
Signing in with Google and signing in with a username are two separate accounts, even on the same email address. We match a Google sign-in on the Google account itself, never on the email address, because matching on an unverified address would be a way to take over someone else’s account. The consequence is that if you registered with a username and password and later sign in with Google, you will get a second, empty account — and Pro access bought on one does not apply to the other. We cannot currently merge two accounts. If this has happened to you, write to us before buying anything.
Everything we sell is delivered instantly and electronically to your account as soon as payment is confirmed. There is no physical product, nothing is shipped, and no delivery address is required or collected.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or bank credentials — those go directly to the payment provider. We store a record of the payment: an identifier, the amount, the status, and what it bought.

Your access is personal, non-transferable and for your own preparation. You may not:
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where the breach is serious — credential sharing, bulk copying, payment fraud — unused paid time is not refunded. You may close your own account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages and faults happen. A short interruption is not a failure to deliver, and does not by itself entitle you to a refund.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including exam outcomes, lost opportunities or lost study time.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you use the service or make a payment; the date at the top of this page tells you which that is. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. Before any of that, please raise the problem with us — most things are resolved by email. Our contact details and our Grievance Officer are on the Contact & Grievance Redressal page.
