What to include

Every one of these saves a round trip, and the last one saves several.

A refund request

  • The date and amount of the payment.
  • The payment reference from your Razorpay receipt or bank statement.
  • Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy first — it states the two conditions, and we will quote both figures back to you in our reply.

A billing problem

  • What you expected to be charged, and what actually happened.
  • The payment reference, and whether the money left your account.
  • Whether your Pro access started.

A wrong or unclear explanation

  • The question number shown at the foot of the question — it looks like #334. That names one exact question; quoting the text of it can match several.
  • What you think is wrong, and why.

An account or sign-in problem

  • The exact email address you used, including any dots. Some mail providers treat [email protected] and [email protected] as one inbox; we treat them as two different accounts, and this is a common cause of “my reset email never arrived”.
  • Whether you signed up with a username and password, or with Google. These are separate accounts even on the same address — see the Terms.
